Miguel Barrutia, based in Austin, Texas has been in the real estate industry since 2006. He started his career at Casa Grande and served as acting branch manager for over six years. Barrutia opened the Casa Grande branch in downtown Austin and was responsible for supervising up to 40 real estate agents. During this time, overseeing and aiding in negotiations for hundreds of contracts. He partnered with Nellis Realty from 2013-2015 as chief operating officer and broker. With an extensive knowledge of the real estate business, Miguel opened Barrutia Realty in July of 2015. 

 

In addition to real estate, Miguel is also the owner of Llama's Peruvian Creole located in downtown Austin. As a native of Peru, owner Miguel Barrutia longed for the delicious cuisine so much that he had to open a place of his own. Drawing from the amazing dishes his mother, aunt and grandmother served up daily at home, Miguel is pleased to keep up a proud culinary tradition in Austin.He currently runs two popular Austin food trailers with a brick and mortar
